A little of what is waiting for you

Your first lesson
starts right here

Take a breath. Try a sentence. Feel the difference. This is a small taste of how we learn together on the day.

Let your words land

Voice & pace

A deliberate pause gives your audience a moment to take in the idea. Watch the space between the words.

We are going to change/ how this company sells

You do not need to fill every silence

Find your steady voice

Breath & control

A comfortable breath can help you slow down and speak with intention. Let your shoulders settle before you begin.

Make room for your voice

Relax your shoulders
Take a comfortable breath
Begin at your own pace

Give them a reason to listen

Openings & attention

Begin with something your audience cares about. A small change can make your first sentence work harder.

“I will try to keep this brief”

“One decision changed how we sell. Let me show you”

Lead with the value of listening

Watch the idea unfold, then try it for yourself

How many days is the training?

There are two separate events and you attend one. The physical track is a full day in Abuja on Saturday 5 December. The virtual track runs as two live online sessions, on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November, 2.5 hours each. Whichever you choose, it is one training and the content is the same core programme, adapted to the room.

Which rate will I be charged?

The rate in force at the moment you pay. Early bird runs until 23:59 WAT on Tuesday 3 November 2026, the standard rate until 23:59 on Friday 20 November, and the last call rate from 21 November. Our server decides the rate, so starting the form earlier does not hold a price.

Is VAT added at checkout?

No. The price shown is the price charged. No VAT is added.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before your event date. Inside 14 days, you may transfer your seat to a colleague or move to the other track if seats remain. No refunds within 7 days of the event or for non-attendance.

How do I pay?

Through Paystack, by card, bank transfer or USSD. You are taken to Paystack’s secure page and returned here when payment completes. If your organisation needs an invoice or wants to pay for several people, email connect@voicesandfaces.africa.

Where exactly is the Abuja venue?

The venue and arrival details are emailed to registrants ahead of the day. It is a central Abuja location with parking.

What do I need for the online session?

A stable connection, a camera at eye level, and a quiet space. You will be on camera and speaking. The joining link is emailed before the day.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes. Everyone who attends receives a certificate of completion, issued as a PDF with a unique code that anyone can verify at voicesandfaces.africa/verify.

Can I switch tracks after paying?

Usually, yes. Email us with your reference. Moving from virtual to physical means paying the difference at the rate in force on the day you switch.
